Why this role matters

Join our growing international HR team and support our Comp & Ben / Global Mobility (50%) and Purchase Order Management (50%) activities.

You will be managing HR-related purchase orders across our global organisation, ensuring smooth procurement processes and close collaboration with Finance.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with international compensation & benefits, labour law, social security, global assignments and cross‑border HR processes, with close guidance from our global mobility expert.

Comp & Ben/Global Mobility activities:

  • Assist with immigration, tax & legal compliance

  • Collaborate closely with external partners (law firms, relocation agencies, insurance brokers, etc.)

  • Assist in ongoing and new Compensation & Benefits projects

  • Contribute to monthly recurring compliance tasks (e.g. payroll management)

  • Follow-up on ongoing inbound & outbound secondments

  • Help analyse social security agreements, double tax treaties, …

Purchase Order Management:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify procurement needs

  • Generate and maintain purchase orders for HR-related services (e.g. trainings, legal advice, etc.) ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Support invoice follow-up and alignment with Finance where needed

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all HR purchase orders

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor/Master student in Tax, Social law, Business Management or related

  • Analytical, organised and proactive

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal/writing)

  • Discrete with confidential information

  • Comfortable in a changing and fast‑paced international environment

  • Genuine interest in compensation & benefits and global mobility
