SAP Support Analyst

In this role you will: 

Your role 

You will be joining the IT PMO & Applications team of Jera Nex bp, which is responsible for IT projects and the maintenance of our business application landscape. 

Within this team, you will be the main contact point for support and user management on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other applications in the ERP landscape (SuccessFactors, Financial Planning & Analytics applications,…). 

Next to that you will work in a functional role on change requests and projects to improve the applications. You will also create training materials and provide training to the key users. 

Key responsibilities 

• Support key users and end users 

o   Resolve functional issues 

o   Answering questions 

o   Escalate issues to AMS partners and vendors, follow-up on resolution 

o   Key user training on specific topics 

• User administration and authorization management 

o   Onboard and offboard users in the applications 

o   Resolve authorization requests 

o   Implement changes to the authorization setup (business roles) 

• Change requests 

o   Identify potential system improvements proactively 

o   Capture business requirements and assess feasibility 

o   Functional configuration and testing 

o   Follow-up on CRs implemented by AMS partner 

• Create and update documentation (design, training materials,…) 

• Participate in projects related to the ERP landscape (analysis, testing, data migration,...) 

• System administration and monitoring 

To be successful in the role you will bring: 

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a functional analyst or IT support role related to ERP systems. 

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a must.  

• Experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus. 

• Experience with financial accounting in an ERP system is a big plus. 

• Strong motivation to support end users on day-to-day issues, requests and questions. 

• Hands-on and analytical approach in solving problems. 

• Able to identify and implement system improvements (change requests). 

• Able to work structurally using IT service management tools. 

• Good communication skills and diplomatic attitude towards end users, AMS partners and software vendors. 

• You are fluent in working and drafting in English.
