We are looking for a HR Advisor who combines strong communication skills, sound HR expertise and a pragmatic business mindset.

You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees while supporting both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

This is not a role with a fixed job description. As our organisation evolves, your priorities will evolve too.

You will have the opportunity to co-shape your own role and make a meaningful impact across multiple HR domains.

In this role you will

HR business partnering

  • Support and advise managers and employees on HR-related matters.

  • Act as a trusted partner in people, team and organisational challenges.

  • Help drive change and foster a positive employee experience.

Talent acquisition

  • Manage recruitment processes from vacancy to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.

Learning & development

  • Coordinate learning initiatives and development programmes.

  • Support managers in building talent and strengthening capabilities.

  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning.

Performance management

  • Support performance and talent management processes.

  • Guide managers on goal setting, feedback and employee development.

Employee relations & employment law

  • Advise on HR policies, employment legislation and employee relations matters.

  • Support managers in handling individual employee cases.

  • Monitor legislative changes and translate them into practical HR solutions.

  • Ensure HR practices are applied consistently and compliantly.

HR projects & operations

  • Support and lead HR projects related to processes, systems and organisational development.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide operational HR support when business priorities require it.

Data & insights

  • Use HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.

  • Contribute to HR reporting and dashboards.

  • Promote a fact-based approach to people decisions.

 

Job requirements

To be successful in the role you will bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in a broad HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

  • A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable balancing project work with operational responsibilities.

  • Analytical, business-minded and driven by facts rather than assumptions.
